BBQ Guru, Weber ‘Go Anywhere’ Grilling, Friday 31st January, 6:30pm – 10:00pm


Learn how to make the most of your Weber Go Anywhere BBQ with your pit masters from Rub & Grub BBQ competition team.  National champions in the Steak Cook Off Association competition, you’ll be learning from the best.
In this class you’ll learn how to reverse sear steak , but also learn how to make prawn kebabs, lamb rack, Mexican corn, sweet potatoes and we might even throw in a token salad!
Each guest will eat a small to medium serve of each dish made.
Age suitability 18+.

Cancelation policy: Class may be postponed up to 48 hours prior if required numbers not achieved. A credit voucher for another class will be provided as a refund in this instance.

Ideal for camping and small outdoor areas, this price entry BBQ is becoming more and more popular. If you’re thinking of getting away from gas and into coals then this class is the perfect starting point.

Scoffed school of food and fun is located at 441 Magill Rd, St Morris, 5068 in a purpose built kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience.
Scoffed’s BBQ school teaches everything and everyone from basic cooks to specialists, encouraging you to try new foods and different techniques that will improve even the most experienced BBQer! We have 4 Weber kettles, 4 Weber Family Qs and a Smokey mountain that allow us to provide a hands on experience for each of our guests in our BBQ school.
Whilst we are not a registered training destination we pride ourselves on our professionalism, warmth, spirit of fun and love of cooking, especially the eating of delicious food with friends old and new after each class.
Every guest in our kitchen receives a warm welcome, their own apron (and hat if required) to wear for the duration of the class, a work station, equipment, and ingredients to create the dishes learnt in class.
You will work around a BBQ with up to 4 other guests depending on the size of the class, and each group will make every dish on the menu. You can be as hands on or hands off as you like as you work through the challenges set by our qualified chefs.
All guests must wear closed toe shoes and have long hair tied up.
