Master the Art of …. Pasta, Thursday 25th July 6:30pm – 9:30pm

Master the art of different techniques in this Pasta Master Class.
Under the guidance of a professional  you will be taught the tips and tricks you need to know to create different versions of pasta from the best way to make perfect dough to how to hand roll it if you don’t have a pasta machine.  You will also learn how to add flavour/colour to the dough itself.
Each guest will make at least 2 types of pasta and 2 simple, but beautiful sauces to go with.
Glass of wine included on arrival and then available for sale too.

Age suitability 16+ if accompanied by an adult.

Dress code: Long hair tied up and runners on feet.

You can let us know these at checkout and whilst we try to accomodate wherever possible, there are some recipes that just won’t work! If this is the case we will call you and let you know your options. NOTE: if we need to substitute ingredients there will be a $5 surcharge payable on the night.

Master the Art of cooking classes at Scoffed
This cooking class gives you the opportunity to delve deeper into some of  your favourite foods.
Master the art of different techniques under the guidance of a professional where you will be taught the tips and tricks you need to know to create perfect dishes.
Come with your friends for a fun night out (we are fully licensed) or come by yourself and meet new friends. You work in small groups together and our chefs are really friendly and relaxed in the way they teach. Think about the night as “edutainment” as well as a master class in whatever the subject is!

The cost includes:

  • All ingredients & equipment – just bring yourselves!
  • Health and safety awareness briefing
  • Aprons to wear for the class
  • Supervision and coaching from a professional chef
  • At least 2 different dishes
  • Simple easy to follow recipes
  • Glass of wine on arrival

About Scoffed
Scoffed school of food and fun is located at 441 Magill Rd, St Morris, 5068 in a purpose built kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience.
We have 6 Ariston 4 burner stove tops, 5 ovens and 2 microwave grills that allow us to provide a hands on experience for each of our guests.
Whilst we are not a registered training destination we pride ourselves on our professionalism, warmth, spirit of fun and love of cooking, especially the eating of delicious food with friends old and new after each class.
Every guest in our kitchen receives a warm welcome, their own apron (and hat if required) to wear for the duration of the class, a work station, equipment, and ingredients to create the dishes learnt in class.

All guests must wear closed toe shoes and have long hair tied up.

When booking a class with Scoffed you give us permission to use photos for promotional purposes.

Bookings may be transferred up to 7 days prior, but will incur a $10 admin fee. Bookings cancelled later than this are not refundable or transferable.
Minimum numbers are required to run classes. If these minimums are not achieved then the class will be postponed until the minimums are met.

Scoffed and COVID-19

Due to COVID-19, classes have to operate slightly differently from before.

All our staff are double vaccinated and whilst we don’t mandate that our customers are too, we would prefer you to be for the health and safety of everyone.

Anyone exhibiting flu like symptoms is requested to stay home and will not be permitted to enter the Scoffed kitchen.

Unfortunately bookings are not refundable or transferable unless we have to cancel a class. In this case vouchers will be issued in lieu of a refund.
