This is a gourmet family BBQ lunch where everyone is welcome.
There will be on site entertainment from our pit masters cooking your steaks.
Watch them cook and ask heaps of questions or just sit and enjoy your lunch! The smells will make you salivate for sure!
Your adult ticket* includes a 5 course degustation lunch of different steaks cooked different ways, each with matching shiraz sourced from unique local wineries. So if you’ve ever wanted to try dry aged and wagyu and see how they compare to regular grass fed beef – this is your chance. You will also get to try less familiar cuts like Hanger or Flat iron.
*Desi driver and kids tickets available too.
Appetiser: Hanger steak Bruschetta, goats cheese, caperberries, charred capsicum
Entree: Flat iron Tagliata
Mains: Rib eye – Wagyu v Grass fed, T-Bone – Dry aged v non aged
Sides: Slow smoked cauliflower w/ Tahini sauce, Glasshouse potatoes, Chargrilled greens w/ smoked aioli
Dessert: Rotisserie pineapple w/ coconut ice cream
And for the little ones (under 11) including 2 x matching Mocktails.

Father’s Day Event Steak & Shiraz
This BBQ guru steak and shiraz event provides you with the opportunity to taste different kinds of steaks matched with some of our best local shiraz. A deep dive into all things steak whether that’s wagyu, dry aged, grass fed v or on the bone v off the bone!
Watch and learn from our pit masters whilst they cook different cuts of steak in different ways. You can get as involved as you like or can just sit and enjoy the food with Dad!
Scoffed school of food and fun is located at 441 Magill Rd, St Morris, 5068 in a purpose built kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience.
We have 6 Ariston 4 burner stove tops, 5 ovens and 2 microwave grills that allow us to provide a hands on experience for each of our guests inside and 4 Weber Kettles and Family Qs and a Smokey Mountain outside!
Whilst we are not a registered training destination we pride ourselves on our professionalism, warmth, spirit of fun and love of cooking, especially the eating of delicious food with friends old and new after each class.
Every guest in our kitchen receives a warm welcome, their own apron (and hat if required) to wear for the duration of the class, a work station, equipment, and ingredients to create the dishes learnt in class.
The formal bit!
All guests must wear closed toe shoes and have long hair tied up.
When booking a class with Scoffed you give us permission to use photos for promotional purposes.
Bookings may be transferred up to 48 hours prior, but will incur a $10 admin fee. Bookings cancelled later than this are not refundable or transferable.
Minimum numbers are required to run classes. If these minimums are not achieved then the class will be postponed until the minimums are met.
Dress Code: Long hair tied back and closed toed shoes please.
Scoffed and COVID-19
Anyone exhibiting flu like symptoms is requested to stay home and will not be permitted to enter the Scoffed kitchen.
Masks are still required to be worn inside.
Unfortunately bookings are not refundable or transferable unless we have to cancel a class. In this case vouchers will be issued in lieu of a refund.
