Learn about preparation of meats, rubs and marinades and different types of cooking that will ensure you get perfect results on your BBQ every time.
Today’s menu gets you ready for the Grand Final with recipes that are perfect for scoffing whilst sitting in front of the big screen! : Smokey BBQ Ribs, Chicken wings, beef and chorizo burgers with bbq sauce, Middle Eastern lamb wraps, bbq corn, loaded baked potatoes. 
Each guest will get an entree size serve of each dish and Big Shed craft beers to taste.

Scoffed school of food and fun is located at 441 Magill Rd, St Morris, 5068 in a purpose built kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience.
Scoffed’s BBQ school teaches everything and everyone from basic cooks to specialists, encouraging you to try new foods and different techniques that will improve even the most experienced BBQer! We have 4 Weber kettles, 4 Weber Family Qs and a Smokey mountain that allow us to provide a hands on experience for each of our guests in our BBQ school.
Whilst we are not a registered training destination we pride ourselves on our professionalism, warmth, spirit of fun and love of cooking, especially the eating of delicious food with friends old and new after each class.
Every guest in our kitchen receives a warm welcome, their own apron (and hat if required) to wear for the duration of the class, a work station, equipment, and ingredients to create the dishes learnt in class.
You will work around a BBQ with up to 4 other guests depending on the size of the class, and each group will make every dish on the menu. You can be as hands on or hands off as you like as you work through the challenges set by our qualified chefs.
All guests must wear closed toe shoes and have long hair tied up.
When booking a class with Scoffed you give us permission to use photos for promotional purposes.
