More advanced classes for older kids age 12+

    Purchasing this ticket entitles the purchaser to attend 8 teenage cooking classes in the term, but individual classes can also be booked on a casual basis. The last class of term, our Chow Wow is not included in this price and can be booked separately.
    Each week they make either a savoury or sweet dish from a different country following a recipe and measuring all their own ingredients.
    Classes run every Saturday from 12.00pm – 2:00pm.
    If you cannot make a class bookings will only be transferred with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

The teenagers get their own recipes, measure out their ingredients, take instruction from the chef and learn how to clear up after themselves. Each week they learn a new dish and technique, challenging their palate in a safe and nurturing way. We’re visiting Morocco this week where the kids will learn how to make Coconut Cookies. The skill learned during this class are Basic Bakery.
