  • Come and learn all about the principals of smoking from our competition winning pit masters Rub & Grub.  Learn how to smoke fish v meat, how to do it quick and easy v long and slow! In this class you’ll learn how to cook the Weber Way both in a smoker and on a kettle (always using coals) and you’ll be creating dishes like: Smoked Salmon Nicoise, chicken wings w/ Bama white sauce, baby back pork ribs, Mesquite beef cheek sliders, Mexican corn.
    Each guests will eat an entree size of each dish. As some elements take a long time to cook, they will be pre done and you will learn about the prep of these dishes. You will make at least 3 dishes yourselves.
