In this class you’ll learn how to cook the Weber Way and you’ll be creating dishes like: Tea Smoked Duck w/ Peking Pancake, Hot Smoked Salmon Nicoise, Mesquite Pork Sliders w/ Slaw, Smoked Peaches with Homemade Icecream.

  • Sam Kekovich became a house hold legend when he starred in the Australia Lamb commercial back in 2005. Scoffed Cooking School continues the tradition with a bespoke Australia Day BBQ cooking class. This Australia Day you’ll be cooking – Lamb of course. More specifically – Lamb Rack w/Babganoush, Chimichurri Prawns w/ Mango Salsa, Beer Can Chicken finished off with Wattle Seed Pavlova, all cooked on the BBQ.

  • Learn about preparation of meats, rubs and marinades and different types of cooking that will ensure you get perfect results on your BBQ every time.
    In this class you will learn to make:
    Perfect steak in our chef’s very own dry rub
    Cajun and honey soy chicken wings without the mess!
    Crackling on the fire!
    And of course we have to chuck in a few veggies just to keep it balanced ….Kipfler potato salad, grilled corn and burnt leeks.

You will start with some basics (like how to caramelise, but not cremate your sausages!) and build on these skills and confidence with your BBQ so you can finish with more technical skills like Smoking and making desserts.
    Minimum numbers are required to run the program, so if they are not achieved the program will be postponed until such time that enough people are booked in.
