Learn all about the culture behind Australian native ingredients from Red Centre Enterprises and then about how to cook them with our native ingredients chef – Alana Brabin (Chef at Sparkke, the Whitmore).
Using native ingredients like Emu, Crocodile, and Kangaroo as well as herbs and spices like wattle seed, quandong, river mint and saltbush, you will create 5 amazing yet simple dishes that you can recreate at home, all from scratch. (Some ingredients may not be available due to seasonality).
Each dish is matched with a taste of a South Australian wine to compliment the flavours beautifully.
