Based in St Morris in the Eastern suburbs, we pride ourselves on our professionalism and making you feel as comfortable as possible.
With a large informal purpose-built kitchen, and break out areas (indoor and outdoor) for you to relax in, either before or after your cooking experience. we can host cooking classes of up to 32 guest,
Whether you want to bring a group of friends together for an “edutaining” night of great food and wine, or you’re celebrating a special occasion, Scoffed can design a cooking experience to meet your needs.
With several exceptional, professional chefs and BBQ pit masters in our team with experience across many different cuisines, there’s plenty of choice!
Our Kitchen Teaches
Our version of MKR where friends cook off against each other for fun.
You and your guests are split into teams and provided with a mystery box of ingredients and recipes for each team to create in this timed challenge.
Teams can be from 2-4 people with a maximum of 7 teams.
You will be guided by our chef during the cooking process and then judged on how well the dishes taste and are presented.

Scoffed & Quaffed
Choose one of our regular cooking class themes and have the kitchen all to yourselves!
These cooking classes teach you how to create gourmet dishes in a particular cuisine which you then sit down and enjoy with matching local or relevant international wines.
Following our chef’s instructions, you and your guests will cook in groups of maximum 4 people, and everyone creates the same dishes from start to finish.
It’s a hands on experience which allows all levels of ability to cook together and learn from the professionals.

Standard Cooking Class
If you’re looking for something a bit more low key and casual with a specific budget in mind, then one of our Virgin Foodie classes could be perfect for your group.
It’s a hands on experience with amazing tasting food that you learn how to create under the guidance of one of our professional chefs.
There will be a bit more demonstration form the chef, so you can sit back and relax if you like, but if you want to get stuck in they’ll always be keen to call on volunteers to help!
