Basic Pastry class at Scoffed
Are you fed up with cooking the same thing week in week out, or looking to learn some new techniques? Come to our inspirational adult cooking class and get motivated by easy to prepare, simple to cook and delicious meals that you can confidently go home and make for your family. You will learn how to prepare 2 dishes – one the chef demonstrates for you and the other you create yourself from scratch under their supervision. It’s very hands on, so you will get lots of tips and tricks from our chefs as well as doing all the preparation and cooking yourself. Each class we pick a different theme – sometimes a region to cook from, whether that is Asian, French, Italian or middle eastern etc. and sometimes we will pick a technique for you to master. Whichever it is you can be sure to build your confidence in the kitchen and become a better cook.
The cost includes:
- Health and safety awareness briefing
- Aprons and hats to wear
- Supervision and coaching from a professional chef
- 2 dishes to take home.
- Simple easy to follow recipes
