In today’s Hump Day Class you will be learning to make Fish and Fennel Tagine, Lamb Kofta w/Moroccan Slaw.

Age suitability: 16 and over.

Are you fed up with cooking the same thing week in week out? Come to our weekly inspirational adult cooking class and get motivated by easy to prepare, simple to cook and delicious meals that you can confidently go home and make for your family. You will learn how to prepare 2 dishes – one the chef demonstrates for you and the other you create yourself from scratch under their supervision. It’s very hands on, so you will get lots of tips and tricks from our chefs as well as doing all the preparation and cooking yourself. Each week we pick a different region to cook from, whether that is Asian cooking that tickles your fancy (Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, Indian etc.), Middle Eastern, Italian cooking or even American cuisine, there will be lots of different recipes for you to try first hand. We promote cooking from scratch and local producers/suppliers.

Classes run on Wednesdays at 6.30pm for around 2 hours.
