Are you fed up with cooking the same thing week in week out? Come to our weekly inspirational adult cooking class and get motivated by easy to prepare, simple to cook and delicious meals that you can confidently go home and make for your family. You will learn how to prepare 2 dishes – one the chef demonstrates for you and the other you create yourself from scratch under their supervision. It’s very hands on, so you will get lots of tips and tricks from our chefs as well as doing all the preparation and cooking yourself. Each week we pick a different region to cook from, whether that is Asian (Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Indonesian, Indian etc.), Mexican, French, Italian or even Aussie, so there will be lots of different recipes for you to try first hand. We promote cooking from scratch and local producers/suppliers.
The cost includes

  • Ingredients
  • Health and safety awareness briefing
  • Aprons and hats to wear
  • Supervision and coaching from a professional chef
  • 2 dishes to eat at the end
  • Simple easy to follow recipes
