Dress code: Long hair tied up and runners on feet.
Classes may be cancelled with 48 hours notice if minimum numbers are not achieved. Your booking can then be transferred or a credit voucher issued for another class.

About Food Chiefs Master Class

Our Food Chief master classes are designed for your budding chef to spend more time in the kitchen with our qualified chef learning basic skills and techniques. In these classes they spend extra time making slightly more complex recipes. They will learn how to make things like dough for pizza, pastry or buns for burgers as well as pasta from scratch.

Our Food Chief program is designed for your budding chef to spend more time in the kitchen with our qualified chef learning basic skills and techniques. Whether they have cooked before or not at all, the classes will build up skill levels by teaching everything from basic knife skills and how to chop onions to frying perfect omelettes, stir fries or curries, and making pasta, bread or cakes from scratch, to name but a few. Our classes are very hands on, so over the 90 minutes they get to do everything including eating what they have made at the end. Each time they come they get a Food Chiefs stamp which they can redeem for their very own coloured wooden spoon. Once they have collected all their wooden spoons we give them a Food Chiefs’ Hat and Apron. The program is designed in such a way that kids can come to every class or pick and choose which ones to attend. Obviously the more they come to, the more they will learn and the quicker they’ll get their Food Chiefs Hat.

About Scoffed
Scoffed school of food and fun is located at 441 Magill Rd, St Morris, 5068 in a purpose built kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience.
We have 6 Ariston 4 burner stove tops, 5 ovens and 2 microwave grills that allow us to provide a hands on experience for each of our guests.
Whilst we are not a registered training destination we pride ourselves on our professionalism, warmth, spirit of fun and love of cooking, especially the eating of delicious food with friends old and new after each class.
Every guest in our kitchen receives a warm welcome, their own apron (and hat if required) to wear for the duration of the class, a work station, equipment, and ingredients to create the dishes learnt in class.
All guests must wear closed toe shoes and have long hair tied up.
When booking a class with Scoffed you give us permission to use photos for promotional purposes.
Carers are welcome to assist students but will need to pay 50% of the ticket cost.

Bookings may be transferred up to 48 hours prior, but will incur a $10 admin fee. Bookings cancelled later than this are not refundable or transferable unless there is a sick certificate.
Minimum numbers are required to run classes. If these minimums are not achieved then the class will be postponed until the minimums are met.
