Asian Street Food Cooking, Scoffed and Quaffed Program
We all know how popular Street Food is and we want to bring a bit of the action to you so you can recreate them at home for your family and friends. We have local chefs from the different regions in our program, teaching some of their favourite street food dishes. They are charismatic and knowledgeable and will take you through all the dishes step by step, teaching you about the ingredients and techniques as well as brushing up your knife skills!

More about Scoffed
Scoffed school of food and fun is located at 441 Magill Rd, St Morris, 5068 in a purpose built kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience.
Scoffed’s cooking school teaches everything and everyone from basic cooks to specialists, encouraging you to try new foods and different techniques that will improve even the most experienced cook! We have 6 Ariston stove tops and ovens, that allow us to provide a hands on experience for each of our guests in our kitchen.
Whilst we are not a registered training destination we pride ourselves on our professionalism, warmth, spirit of fun and love of cooking, especially the eating of delicious food with friends old and new after each class.
Every guest in our kitchen receives a warm welcome, their own apron (and hat if required) to wear for the duration of the class, a work station, equipment, and ingredients to create the dishes learnt in class.
You will work around a stove with up to 4 other guests depending on the size of the class, and each group will make every dish on the menu. You can be as hands on or hands off as you like as you work through the challenges set by our qualified chefs.
All guests must wear closed toe shoes and have long hair tied up.
When booking a class with Scoffed you give us permission to use photos for promotional purposes.
Carers are welcome to assist students but will need to pay 50% of the ticket cost.
