  • If you can’t get the kids out in time for 9.30 class then there’s no disappointment in coming at 11.30 as today they will create their very own individual mini sticky date puddings with some chocolate dipped strawberries (have to get some fruit in there somehow!)

  • Our last baking day for the Food Chiefs this holiday so we are pulling out all the stops with our first dish which has a crazy American name for their version of fruit crumble – Cobbler! Today Food Chiefs will use seasonal citrus fruits i.e. Oranges that will be caramelised and then covered in a scone like dough and baked in the oven. They will then make a simple custard to serve with it.
