    In this class the kids will be making Vietnamese Mango and Coconut Rice pudding with Coconut Crumble. Best described as Gooey coconut pudding with grilled mango and toasted coconut crumble, the kids will be learning all about different types of rice and how to cook them.

    In this class the kids will be making Vietnamese Pork Meatball Bun Bowl (noodle salad). Make no mistake, this is a healthy and delicious dish with just a many veggies as there are meatballs.
    The kids will be learning all 
    about different types of noodles, pan-frying and knife skills.

    We’ll be visiting Spain for the first time this year and in this class the kids will be learning to make Spanish Paella the authentic way. During the class, the kids will be learning all about Saffron and different types of mediterranean spices. Cooking on an induction cooktop, they will learn how to manage heat control and the importance of temperature on the food.

    Staying in Spain for another week, in this class the kids will learn how to make Creme Natillas with Scotch Fingers. In case you don’t know what that is it’s Creamy Spanish Egg Custard with traditional Scotch Fingers. The skill learned during this class are Basic Bakery.

    This week we travel to a neighbour of Australia – Indonesia. In this class the kids will to make Pisang Goreng with Palm Sugar Syrup and Ice-Cream. Obviously a sweet dish, they will be making Banana Fritters with Palm Sugar Syrup and Vanilla Ice Cream. The skill they will be learning in the class are ‘Deep Frying’.

    Our introduction to Indonesia continues with this second class. This class is ‘savoury ‘ and the kids will learn how to make juicy Chicken Satay with quick and easy pickles and traditional  Coconut Rice. The skill developed during this class is learning about chicken/poultry (how to stay safe) and time management.

    Moving to the other side of the world, this week we visit the Caribbean. This class is ‘savoury ‘ in flavour and the kids will learn how to make Jerk Chicken with buttered corn cobs and sweet potato salad.  The skills developed during this class are all about marinades.
