  • 3 week program running every Thursday.
    Each class takes different proteins, vegetables or desserts and teaches you how to cook them perfectly. You will start with some basics (like how to caramelise, but not cremate your sausages!) and build on these skills and confidence with your BBQ so you can finish with more technical skills like Smoking and making desserts.
    Minimum numbers are required to run the program, so if they are not achieved the program will be postponed until such time that enough people are booked in.

     


  • Learn about preparation of meats, rubs and marinades and different types of cooking that will ensure you get perfect results on your BBQ every time. In this class you will learn to make: Lamb Koftas w/ Moroccan Slaw, Babaganoush, BBQ Roasted Beer Chicken, Dry Rub Steak, Kipfler Potato Salad.
