  •  With our 3 week BBQ Guru Class we’ll have you cooking like a seasoned professional in no time.
    Programs run on Thursdays with a minimum of 4 students. If the minimum is not met then the program will be delayed until sufficient numbers are achieved.

  • In this BBQ Guru class you will share passion for everything American BBQ with Pit Master Steve Mills from Porky’s Pit. A winner of national BBQ comps and recently 5th out of 50, Steve is pretty knowledgeable.

    Pork Belly Burnt Ends
    Pork ribs
    Texas Brisket
    Buffalo wings with Blue Cheese dipping sauce
    BBQ Sweet Potatoes
    Mexican corn

  • Learn all about authentic Middle Eastern BBQ cuisine and techniques from our Israeli BBQ guru, Alon Alazraki. You will learn tricks that they use to get the best flavours out of meat, as well as using different aromats (herbs and spices) and cooking techniques.
    Today’s menu: Chermoula Split Chicken, Israeli lamb charcoal skewers, Beef koftas + Flatbread, Smoked babaganoush, ancient grain salad. 
    Each guest will get an entree size serve of each dish and Big Shed craft beers to taste.

    Menu for today: Char-grilled local squid rubbed with lemon, garlic and olive oil, Spencer Gulf King Prawns with garlic, chili, coriander and lime, Salt rubbed crispy skin Salmon with kipfler potato salad, and Chermoula baked snapper.
