  • This inspirational cooking class teaches handy hints and tips to make life easier in the kitchen whilst you learn more about making sauces for pasta. During tonight’s class you’ll build your confidence in the kitchen by learning the basics for making a simply beautiful tomato sauce, a pesto and a creamy sauce that you can add to to make your own and then pair with any of your favourite pastas.

Join our chef tonight and learn about the different methods and techniques to one of our favourite grains whilst making a couple of simple dishes that will be easy to recreate at home.

  • This simple cooking class teaches handy hints and tips to make life easier in the kitchen whilst you learn more about Japanese flavours. During tonight’s class you’ll learn how to make different kinds of sushi like Nigiri, Onigiri , teriyaki chicken sushi rolls, and boat ship sushi.
    Techniques covered will be sauce making, marinades, pan frying, cooking rice and of course how to roll!

  • This slightly more technical cooking class teaches some tricky techniques like getting a souffle to rise, and keeping the puff in your puff! During tonight’s class you’ll also learn about creamy sauces, and working with fish. Each participant will create 2 souffles and 4 vol au vents.

You will learn the basics of making savoury shortcrust pastry and also a sweet choux pastry, enabling you to develop your skills further and try different techniques at home. Each guest will make a dill and salmon quiche and cream stuffed profiteroles/eclairs.

  • Build your confidence in making classic cakes in this technically based class. You will learn how to make meringue, the technique of making curd (in this case lemon), basic sponge and a swiss roll. Each guest will make lemon meringue cake to take home, and will watch our chef create a chocolate yule log.
