    This week we learn all about dough, from pizza to simple breads! Each group will make pizza, flatbread and 2 types of roti.

  • This 2 hour cooking class teaches handy hints and tips to make life easier in the kitchen whilst you learn more about the Moroccan style of  cooking. During tonight’s class you’ll learn how to make Chermoula Eggplant, Rfissa and Morocan Flat Bread.

  • Enjoy an Indian feast tonight when our resident Indian chef Trevor Fernandes helps you cook up an exciting authentic Indian banquet.
    Vegetarian Samosas w/Cucumber salad, Chicken Tikka, Beef Vindaloo, Cumin rice pilaf, Papadams, and finish off with vermicelli Payasam.
    This is a gourmet class using the best of local produce and fresh ingredients.

  • Fancy French, it certainly is and especially for Bastille day we have an amazing array of dishes for you to learn to cook! They will of course also be matched with tastings from great French wines. Come and try both local and French varietals like sauvignon blanc, merlot, pinot noir and of course chardonnay whilst you sit and eat your deliciously cooked dinner with fellow Francophiles.
