    Today the focus is on beef, so everything that Moos will be smoked! You will learn all about the principals of smoking, how to do it quick and easy v long and slow! In this class you’ll learn how to cook the Weber Way both in a smoker and on a kettle (always using coals) and you’ll be creating beef cheek sliders, BBQ beef ribs, Tomahawk steak with horseradish butter, cheesy stuffed meatballs and the best ever potato salad.
