  • 3 week program running every Thursday.
    Each class takes different proteins, vegetables or desserts and teaches you how to cook them perfectly. You will start with some basics (like how to caramelise, but not cremate your sausages!) and build on these skills and confidence with your BBQ so you can finish with more technical skills like Smoking and making desserts.
    Minimum numbers are required to run the program, so if they are not achieved the program will be postponed until such time that enough people are booked in.

  • This 2 hour cooking class teaches handy hints and tips to make life easier in the kitchen whilst you learn more about Thai food and how to cook it. Menu for each class changes seasonally and teaches 2 quick and easy family style meals.
