  • Smoking your smalls is all about learning how to make your own ham, bacon and sausages.
    Learn how to make hot link sausages, smoked bacon and double smoked and glazed ham.
    Due to the nature of smoking and curing some dishes will need to be made ahead of time, but you will learn how to prepare everything you eat even if you can’t cook it all due to time constraints.
    Each guest will eat dishes made form the small goods created as well as taking home their own creations for cooking or eating later.

    Cancelation policy: Class may be postponed up to 48 hours prior if required numbers not achieved. In this instance refunds will be in the form of a voucher to book another class.
